Nitro Sign "Promo Ending"

I purchased the one-time license for Nitro Productivity Suite that includs Nitro Pro for desktop PDF productivity and Nitro Cloud for unlimited eSignatures on 5/19/20, cleverbridge reference 223XXXX and serial number 50493XXXXXXXXX I recently received an email stating that my esignature promotion was ending, however that does not seem right as at purchase it was never indicated that my eSignatures were a promotion. Now it says license has expired in Nitro Cloud. Can you please fix?
