URGENT HELP SENDING REMINDERS - SEEING SIGNING STATUSES

I HAVE PAID FOR A NITRO PRO SUBSCRIPTION - I NEED TO CHASE SIGNATURES ON A DOCUMENT AND I CANNOT, I CANNOT SEE WHO HAS SIGNED.  I USED TO GET ALL OF THIS FOR FREE AND DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY I AM PAYING HUNDREDS OF POUNDS AND I STILL DON'T HAVE THE FUNCTIONALITY I HAD WHEN I PAID NOTHING.  THIS IS URGENT AND I CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE AS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO BAD AND JUST POINTS ME TO GUIDES.  PLEASE HELP...OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AND I WILL SIGN UP TO DOCUSIGN WHERE I KNOW I CAN DO ALL OF THIS!!

I see you mentioned that you used to have the feature for free.

This might be included in your old Nitro license if you happened to purchase one before.

To check, can you please confirm if you purchased a Nitro PDF license aside from the Nitro Pro subscription that you purchased last month?

If you do, please provide the reference number or invoice details here or through message.
