Ian-Eschbach-Wilson 0 Report post Posted March 10, 2017 (edited) So we have two people on the floor with nitro, one has version 9 pro and one has 10 pro. The one with 10 doesn't have this pop up that 9 keeps asking to enable editing each time she opens a PDF. how can I get this to go away? They both have adobe viewer as well. This is on windows 7 64 bit machines. Edited March 10, 2017 by Ian-Eschbach-Wilson
Ian-Eschbach-Wilson 0 Report post Posted March 10, 2017 I should also mention that I have tried to turn off protected mode in adobe already and also couldn't find any similar settings for Nitro 10.

Steven Zakulec 60 Report post Posted March 16, 2017 @Ian-Eschbach-Wilson This doesn't answer your question of how to always enable editing (you'll need to wait for support to get back to you on that), but it does explain why the message is popping up: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000001591
