Serial Number - followed directions, however no serial number in the about Nitro pro box. How else can I find it?

Followed directions for Nitro Pro 10, however no serial number in the about Nitro pro box.  How else can I find it?

You'll want to ask support to be sure, but it looks like you activated Nitro through an account, rather than through a serial number- do you happen to be a paying member of Nitro Cloud or Nitro+?
