Cathy Darnell Posted May 22, 2017 Report Share Posted May 22, 2017 In just the past several days I have not been able to print to the virtual printer. I am using Nitro Pro 10 and Windows 10. I have attempted to reinstall the Nitro PDF Creator printer through the Software Support Tools. The message returned is Installation of the printer driver failed and now the printer no longer shows up as an available printer. I have also gone to Apps & Features and ran the Repair process; to no avail. How can I remedy this problem? 2017-05 Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3150513) was installed on May 16, 2017. I don't know if that caused the problem.
