Text fields disapear when PDF is opened through mobile device

I've created a form with a bunch of text fields that have borders. When e-mailed and opened through a desktop, they show the borders with the text. When opened through a mobile device, the borders and text vanish. What am I able to do to fix this issue? I haven't found a solution.

Some extra information. The text fields and borders seem to show on Android devices, but not iPhones.
