Achim 1 Report post Posted May 23, 2017 Hi, I am currently using Nitro Pro 11 on my Win 10 System. I use Firefox as my browser and on my old system I had a Nitro Pro Plugin to view PDF Files in my browser Window. With Pro 11 I don't have this plugin any more (even tried repair installation, still no luck). If I open the support tools, it says, the plugins can be managed from within the browser itself, but in my plugin list is no Nitro PDF Plugin. (and no other pdf plugin). Any hints to get this back to work? Regards Achim
Steven Zakulec 60 Report post Posted May 24, 2017 I'm going to guess the reason is that your version of Firefox has dropped support for NPAPI plugins (which the Nitro PDF plugin is). You can see the page on Mozilla's site about this: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/npapi-plugins?as=u&utm_source=inproduct From the sound of that page, no current browser supports that plugin type anymore.
