Please try to close any open window of Nitro Pro if any. Then, open a Task Manager window and kill any processes of Nitro Pro you see before trying to uninstall again via control panel.If this doesn't work, please submit a support request here: www.gonitro.com/support/ticket One of our Technical Support Representatives should be able to assist you.
