I believe this already exists(it was in all the versions I tested), and if it does not in your version, here's how to add it:

See the N at the top left of the screen? At the end of the row, click on the button with the triangle pointing downwards.

Choose "More Commands".

Click on "Customize" next to "Keyboard Shortcuts".

Choose "File" under Categories, then "Print" under Commands.

If Current Keys is blank, click in the box under "Press new shortcut key" and press CRTL P.

Click "Assign", and then "Close".
