Kelvin V. 0 Report post Posted May 30, 2017 Hi @papercvontracts, Thanks for posting on our community forums! Due to a recent update from Google, Chrome has disabled, by default, a certain category of plugins which the Nitro Pro plugin falls under. Google Chrome no longer support NPAPI which is the platform behind our web plugin. More information can be found below: https://www.chromium.org/developers/npapi-deprecation Another web browser will need to be used in order to use the Nitro PDF web plugin, alternatively you can use a different PDF viewer for the browser. Google Chrome has their own proprietary viewer for their web browser. In order to view PDF files, you will have to first download and save the files onto your computer. Then you can launch the PDF files in the Nitro Pro software. I hope this helps and I apologize for any inconvenience.
