UPDATE FAILURE AND SUPPORT TICKETS

I have received numerous emails about upgrading, but when I attempt, it just get an endlessly spinning circle while it attempts to validate my serial number.

Send several support tickets with no response....................

Has anyone had any success updating and/or getting a response from NITRO?
