It is my belief that Nitro PDF is no longer in business.  They are using bots to sell new licenses, but their customer service is gone, as is the USA office in San Francisco.  Questions to the CS email and phone go unanswered, as well as the Sales desk.  They have not had any published communications or updates for months.  The business was/is based in Ireland, but it is impossible to get any communications to or from them.  I've given up on Nitro and purchased a different, but equally functional program that is very well supported.

As far as I can tell, Nitro PDF has now become a SCAM.

I also couldn't locate any other support tickets or forums post made using his email address. If you are able to read this, Wileym, please let us know how we can reach you.
