Have a subscription but nitro pro is listed as expired

When I open up my nitro pro today, it shows that my subscription has already expired, I renew my subscription last Feb 2, 2017 but when I try to activate it using my account it showing an error. How do I resolve this issue?

HOw do I submit a support ticket when my serial number is not found on the ticket create page?

@Susan S you do not need to know your serial number in order to submit a support ticket. The only required fields on that form are your name, email address, version of Nitro Pro and short description of your issue. Just an FYI, here's an article that tells you where you can locate your serial number: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/serial number/000001640.  Hope that helps.
