Joseph Salaya Posted June 14, 2017 Report Share Posted June 14, 2017 When I open up my nitro pro today, it shows that my subscription has already expired, I renew my subscription last Feb 2, 2017 but when I try to activate it using my account it showing an error. The only required fields on that form are your name, email address, version of Nitro Pro and short description of your issue.
