Nitro 11 Paid subscription not working

This thread relates to Nitro Pro 10 not working however,  I bought Nitro Pro 11 on 3/23/17 and I have the same "expired trial" issue and the support ticket does not accept my serial number.

Same problem here, I don't see the Activate Button

 I bought Nitro Pro 11 on 6/20/17 and I have the same issue cannot input the Activation code or my serial number. Ref. Number is 114306211 and case number 00114161

Look at all these problems with paid subscriptions...

Nitro will only help with problems if you pay for additional service. If you don't pay - you will need to wait a few days for a response.
