PeterPan 0 Report post Posted June 22, 2017 The company I work for has 30 licenses - however there were many computers decommissioned in the past that never had Nitro deactivated. Is there was way to free up some of those licenses without access to the computers they were installed on? Even freeing up the 10 oldest activations would help a lot. We can definitely help you with this one but we will need the name of company/account, serial number and the computer ID's of machines that are still active.
