Nothing visible inside my Text Boxes

Several months ago the text box in my Nitro Pro 9 stopped working properly.  It acts like I'm creating the text box properly but when I type nothing shows up?!  I've tried playing with the text size and I've reset preferences to default settings.   The cursor moves but no letters that I'm typing show up.

Have you tried reinstalling and updating to 9.5.4.22? If not yet, please do the following:

Kindly use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.

http://install.nitropdf.com/support/downloads/cleanup.zip

When your system is back up, close all of your open applications and install Nitro Pro 9 using the link I have provided below:

32-bit http://install.nitropdf.com/pro9/en/retail/nitro_pro9.exe
64-bit http://install.nitropdf.com/pro9/en/retail/nitro_pro9_x64.exe

Thank you!  It worked but now I need my old activation code and don't have it.  Where can I find get it?

You can open a support ticket here so we can help you locate your serial number: https://www.gonitro.com/support/ticket

If you purchased Nitro Pro from our website, please provide us with the following information so we can look up your account.

1. First and last name of purchaser

2. Email address used purchase Nitro

3. Order reference number (I suggest you search through your email for 'cleverbridge', our online merchant)

If you did not purchase Nitro from our website, and have the CD, your serial number will be located on the back of the CD sleeve. It may be labelled as Activation Code.

(Please keep in mind that if you purchase Nitro from a re-seller we will not have the information on our systems)
