Bonnie 0 Report post Posted July 14, 2017 Hi please assist, I upgraded to Pro 11. (not through the check for upgrades button) as that told me that there are no updates available. I have uninstalled Nitro pro 10, downloaded Nitro pro 11 x64. I'm running windows 10 (but this problem happened on another machine running windows 7). I bought and installed Nitro Pro 11, downloaded it to my local machine, I get two error messages one that if the installation package cant be found as its on then it says " The older version of Niatro Pro cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group" I am having this particular installation error message on two different machines, one running window 10 and the other windows 7.
