Nitro Pro add-in freezes the Office 2016.x product

Hi

I have Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64 bit with Office 2016.x Plus Professional 64 bit.

I installed Nitro Pro Enterprise 11.0.3.173 64 bit and when I try to run an Office product (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), the product freezes when loading the Nitro Pro add-in. How come?

I'm on Windows 10 Pro with Office 2016, and I haven't had any issues with the add-ons.

It could be your antivirus that's blocking it. You can try by temporarily disabling your antivirus and try the add-in again.

I tried to disable the antivirus but nothing changes.
