Steven Zakulec 60 Report post Posted April 5, 2017 There's a couple of things to try, otherwise you'll need to file a support ticket to have the PDF looked at. Go to File, Preferences, Conversion Try using the options under Advanced Text Recovery. If none of those options produce the conversion quality you're looking for, please submit a ticket to the support people (https://www.gonitro.com/support/ticket ) with the following info: A zip file with the original PDF, and any conversion attempts, and details on the problem (including what you are expecting to happen vs what's happening).
