The Personal plan are for users who are going to purchase 1 up to 10 licenses. You need a license per PC. So, for example, you have 5 users, you'll need to purchase 5 licenses. If you click on Buy Now, make sure to change the quantity of licenses from 1 to 5 in the Shopping Cart page. The pricing will change automatically. I hope that clarifies!
