Help Ticket Broken

Hey there!   I am unable to use the ticketing system as when I click the blue submit button. it just spins.  I need some help with removal and install.

For filing tickets, have you tried a different browser? Also, do you have any content blockers/ad-blockers? Those would be the things I would check.

@Johnny Martian I will submit a support ticket for you but I am curious to know if the spinning eventually stopped and if you received an error message "Something appears to have gone wrong with your submission. Please attempt to submit your ticket again."?

No, what I see is the blue button spinning...it never errors out.

@Johnny Martian Could you tell me what web browser (including version) you are using? Please also describe your exact workflow when logging a ticket on our website so I can reproduce your process? Thank you.
