The service does not have sufficient privileges. Reinstall but I do not have a serial number. I bought online 5 years ago.

Thank you for reaching out to us, I am sorry to hear that you have been receiving an insufficient privileges error message.

The error is generated when the Nalpeiron service has not been started.

Please check that the Nalpeiron Server is started by following the steps below:

·         Click on Start > type 'Services.

·         In the box, scroll down to Nalpeiron Licensing Service > Right-click > Properties. Set it to 'Automatic' and click Start.

·         If it will not start and you see an error, 1717, scroll down to Windows Event Log in the 'Services' dialogue box > Right-click > Properties. Set it to 'Automatic' and click Start.

·         Then try starting the Nalpeiron Service

·         Once the service is start try to run Nitro.
