It says that my free trial has ended, which I never even used as I purchased it from the start. I want to start editing PDFs but I don't know how to get the thing going. It's asking my to purchase but I already did. I have the product key and everything but I don't know how to proceed. Please help! I'm very frustrated. I can't even call the company to get help.
