It says that my free trial has ended, which I never even used as I purchased it from the start. I want to start editing PDFs but I don't know how to get the thing going. It's asking my to purchase but I already did. I have the product key and everything but I don't know how to proceed. Please help! I'm very frustrated. I can't even call the company to get help. Please activate your copy of Nitro Pro 11 by opening Nitro Pro 11 , clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your serial number/ product key.If you have a different version installed on your computer, kindly get the Nitro Pro 11 installer here:https://www.gonitro.com/product/downloadsI hope this helps and I appreciate your patience.
