Can't get my Nitro 10 to work

My laptop required a Windows 10 update this morning, then my Nitro suddenly said I didn't have a license.  I put in my serial number and Nitro responded that the max number of computers were already assigned to that number.  I only have a laptop and an office PC.  I really need this fixed.  On the road working and need the pdf generated. PLEASE HELP

Hi @TES Mike,

I saw the support ticket you submitted and answered it. 

You Nitro Pro 10 license should be good to go. Please try to reactivate your copy.
