This is a known issue for Hewlett Packard machines and that not only affects Nitro Pro, but other applications as well. Please refer to the link below from HP that ask users to user the MS FixIt tool to resolve the issue. http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02817253 If the above option doesn't resolve the issue please move onto the next method below.
