Nitro Pro+ is no longer an active product of ours so you should not be able to purchase it. Would you mind sharing with me where you found this purchase option? To answer your question, Nitro Pro is a perpetual product (one time fee and you own it for life) while Nitro Pro+ used to be a subscription based product.
