Cannot not open either "Password Security" nor "Certificate Security" (Drag curser over these & they are disabled within the "Protect" drop-down bar). Steven Zakulec 60 Report post Posted April 7, 2017 Those options should be available in every document that doesn't already have protections on it, so if your document has no restrictions on it, there may be an issue with your copy of Nitro 11. Once you've checked File, Document Properties, Security, and confirmed there's no protections on the document, you'll want to upgrade to 11.0.3.174 (https://www.gonitro.com/support/downloads ) which addresses security issues among other things. Installing that might fix the issue for you- if not, do a repair ( http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000001641).
