TDiley 0 Report post Posted August 24, 2017 We have purchased Nitro PDF and we are trying to convert PDF documents to excel and I see 2 issue 1. my header does not come across 2. any symbols do not come across. Steven Zakulec 60 Report post Posted September 6, 2017 Generally, Nitro should be able to detect and carry over headers/footers to your Excel sheet. There's one thing to check before you submit a ticket- go to File, Preferences, Conversion, Plain text, and make sure "Detect and convert headers and footers" is selected.
