Sue Posted August 29, 2017 Report Share Posted August 29, 2017 What is the issue with this upgrade? All the various links and formats I have tried all yield the same result failure to install. Not only that I have now lost all functions to Nitro Pro 10 thanks to this. I feel as though I have been conned. How do I get version 11 to install on my laptop? Do I have to uninstall the now useless 10 or is there likely to be something else. I have tried direct email to you and now I hope I get more than just a link this way, my system is 64 bit. Here is our official downloads page where you can download the latest build of version 11: https://www.gonitro.com/product/downloads Please don't forget to activate your copy by following the steps found on this link: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/activate/000001639 I suggest uninstalling the previous versions to avoid confusion. Nitro Pro 11 is a stand-alone program and does not need other versions to work. I'll be on the lookout for your response via your support ticket. .
