MSHV
Anyone having this error 0x00000002? I do not have VIP access so I cannot get help. And all the other comments above are useless. And I'm about to change my PDF reader.
Power User Steven Zakulec Posted September 26, 2018 Power User Report Share Posted September 26, 2018 I have no idea what that error code actually means, but there's some things you could try: Repair Nitro: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000001641 Reinstall the Nitro PDF printer (if the error comes up while trying to use that): http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000001584 Update to the latest version of your release: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/previous version/000001644 Good luck! Nothing worked. I even installed the version 12 trial to test it out thinking maybe my old version is too old for my 2017 Surface Pro. However, it didn't work and I still got the same notice. If the newer version isn't working then there's no point in getting a whole new upgrade. ?
