I am attempting to open a pdf document that I edited and saved and keep receiving this error and it will not open. Any ideas? What is this error?

Was there a resolution to this problem?  I have some users with the exact same issue.

Anyone having this error 0x00000002?  I do not have VIP access so I cannot get help.  And all the other comments above are useless.  And I'm about to change my PDF reader.

I have no idea what that error code actually means, but there's some things you could try:

Repair Nitro: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000001641

Reinstall the Nitro PDF printer (if the error comes up while trying to use that): http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000001584

Update to the latest version of your release: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/previous version/000001644

Good luck!

Nothing worked.  I even installed the version 12 trial to test it out thinking maybe my old version is too old for my 2017 Surface Pro.  However, it didn't work and I still got the same notice.  If the newer version isn't working then there's no point in getting a whole new upgrade.  ?
