Nicholas 0 Report post Posted September 12, 2017 I add the same text (instructions, addresses, phone numbers) to PDF forms multiple times a day. In Adobe I have the ability to save any frequently used text in the "Fill & Sign" function's name/address/phone text fields. In Nitro Pro is there a way to save text once, and drag and drop it into any future PDF on demand? Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Steven Zakulec 60 Report post Posted September 13, 2017 I'm not sure if there's a thing exactly like that, but if your form fields are named the same (or you use the same document over & over again), you can export & import your form answers to a file. This way you can import the answers back into your file without re-typing. To access this, go to the Forms tab, and choose Import or Export.
