Purchase Business version, but haven't got reply

I want to purchase 12 licenses for company use, i left contact by "Contact Sales" for many times, and also submitted ticket for calling support, but also haven't got any reply. How can i do?

I've had the same challenge. I'd like to talk to sales, but they don't call me back. Seems like an odd business model.
