makssiful 0 Report post Posted September 29, 2017 Our company connects to the internet through a proxy server, so whenever I try to search for update or connect to Nitro cloud, it thinks I'm disconnected to the internet. Is there a slot where I can input our proxy server settings into Nitro Pro to have it recognize Internet access?
Leslie V. 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2017 Hello @makssiful, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! In your proxy settings, ensure that the out communication is entering port 80 and that the internet activation site ("internetactivation.com") is on your list of unblocked websites. This is also referred to as a white list. Once this is set up properly, you will be able to activate your Nitro Pro. If you are still having trouble activating when you deploy your software, please verify that there is traffic/communication via port 80. Also, With Nitro Pro 11 we decided to remove the Nitro Cloud integration. Nitro Cloud is still available through your web browser with the same features such as your document library and some added new ones so I would recommend taking a look at that. https://cloud.gonitro.com/login Please let me know if you have any further questions about this.
