Could you tell me what web browser you were using? I will also log a ticket for you so one of our Support Representatives will get back to you shortly. Sebas 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2017 Hi Laura, Thank you for your quick answer! I was using IE11 for submitting the ticket. I will wait for an email from support i suppose? The problem wich i wanted to report has something to do with a lost license after a reinstallation before deactivating the license. Thanks in advance!
