cannot submit ticket

Like the ticket ahead of me, I also tried to submit a support ticket and the system simply spun forever.   I am also using ie 11.  My support question was that Noto has suddenly switched to trial mode and when I try to re-activate it say all licenses are in use.  THis station has run nitro since few 2016.  It is a VM, but  has moved several times and never had a prior problem.

Thanks for posting on our community forums and I apologize for any inconvenience

I have made some changes on my end for you to be able to successfully activate. Please try to activate again using your serial number.

If your still having issues, kindly submit a support ticket here. I can confirm that our ticketing system is now fixed.
