I'm using Cyberfox 52.4.0 (64-bit) on Win 7..Getting a bit frustrated since I am also not able to update Nitro Pro.. Please help/advise. Thanks - Simon. Regarding the issue you were having with the ticket submission we would always advise to use Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer. Thanks again for reaching out.
