Skepticologist 0 Report post Posted October 27, 2017 I've tried for 3 days to file a support ticket using both Chrome and IE but all I get is the little progress wheel spinning, just like my wheels. So while I'm on the alert for an opportunity to rate Nitro Pro support I was wondering whether someone can please share the secret of how to keep web links alive when I create a PDF from a web site. It's not that I'm too lazy to look for an answer; just that I'm almost exhausted from chasing my tail while slogging through Nitro's morass of a support system. While Nitro Pro can convert webpages to PDF via the print to PDF function, Nitro Pro is currently not fully compatible with printing entire web pages and their contents (with working links, matching formats, etc). Our development team is actively working on this and hopes to release it in an upcoming version of Pro. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please let us know if you have other questions.
