I have submitted a ticket to nitro but stuck in bad que and not priority support.
I have paid software assurance and I need help ASAP.

I had bad computer crash about a week ago and need to reinstall Nitro Pro PDF 11.
Need my key reset please or fixed so I can use Nitro as I need to send some documents.


Please respond.

Yes my issue is now fixed, I opened another ticket that this time came with priority support.
