Email as attachment function causing glitches in Outlook

Hello,

I am having problems with the "Email as attachment" function found under the "Share" pulldown menu.  When used, it opens a new mail window from Outlook as expected, but it causes a graphical glitch as seen below, and the new mail window can no longer be used properly, and must be closed.  This is happening on multiple systems in both Windows 7 and Windows 10 using Outlook 2016 and the latest version of Nitro Pro 11 (11.0.6.326).  I submitted a ticket regarding this issue but have not heard back on it.  Please advise.

I still have not heard anything on the ticket I submitted, nor do I see any replies to any posts on these forums recently.  Is the technical support department at Nitro nonexistent?  There is no number to call either.  So far, I'm very unimpressed with Nitro's support.

We are having the same issue. We are on Server 2008 R2 in a Citrix XenApp environment. I submitted a ticket as well and waiting for a reply.

It started happening after I processed general software updates: Java, Flash, and Firefox. It only happens with Nitro PDF Reader and Pro. When we use Adobe it works without issues.

Here is a tip to get by until there is a fix. After the new email opens for the shared PDF, close and save it as a draft. Then open the draft from Outlook.
