Not Cool Nitro Posted November 9, 2017 Report Share Posted November 9, 2017 I bought Nitro 10 then was required to update to nitro 11 which I purchased. I tried signing in but it wouldn't work. I uninstalled and installed but it said the serial number has been used and can't be used again. I submitted a ticket a few days ago and no response.
