Sadly, it will not even open on my computer without erroring out. I've furnished Ivan R. at Nitro with the details and several error reports were submitted through Nitro's error reporting system. No one from Nitro Pro has had the courtesy to respond to any of my follow-up inquiries. I'm a long standing customer who has now experienced very poor customer service from a company that I'VE RECOMMENDED to others. Jay Posted November 15, 2017 Author Report Share Posted November 15, 2017 For others that have the same problem, there was Ad-Ware on my PC by Lavasoft that was keeping the install routine from completing.
