Nitro Pro 11 Forms Development

I've created a fillable form and have two questions:

1) How do set the properties of the fillable text fields so that when the user enters text it is aligned to the bottom of the text box? (When I used the edit/align tool, bottom is shaded out)

2) Can the name of the fillable field appear on form so that the user can see it but it does not show when printed? (I've tried many options but once I save the form the field names go away.)

 As a general comment, it seems really cumbersome to create these forms as I haven't found any method other than doing each field separately. In Adobe I can bring over a word form and it pretty much assumes where you want the fillable areas to be and with tools, these fields can be edited. However, I've had many problems since I upgraded to Nitro 11 so I'm not sure if this is all me, the product's limitations  or issues with the product software.
