Licensing Issue

Hi,

Despite purchasing a license that con accommodate up to 10 single users, I cannot activate in installation despite having no more than 4 active installations - I get a" -23: Error - License already used" when inputting my serial number. Also, how do I check the number of active licenses?

Nitro is core to my business, a speedy resolution would be appreciated.
