Multi-window don't work

Hi There,

Can anyone help with this issue where my current Nitro pro only have tab view available?

I cannot drag a tab out to create a new viewing window.

I've find a user guide online that says it should work.

 

'To create a new Nitro Pro window

Click on a tab, drag it outside of existing Nitro Pro window and drop. This will create a new Nitro Pro window.'

If you're not using the latest version of Nitro 11, multi-window mode had to be activated using a registry key change.

Thank you for the reply.

The thing is that I'm already on the latest version of Nitro pro 11. And the multi window feature still doesn't work for me.

I think this might be the problem. I've tried both download file from the email when i purchase the license and the website.

I could only got a 11.0.3.134 version.

Not the 11.0.5.271 stated in the article. Is the 11.0.5.271 a unofficial release?

Problem solved. found a download link for the 11.0.6 version.
