Support/update/upgrade/software assurance issues

Simply trying to check on upgrading to Pro version 11 from my purchased Pro version 10.5.9.9 with Software Assurance (purchased 5/13/16) but can't log in anywhere online nor can't check upgrade eligibility either..."check for updates" button in-app is completely unreliable as it has NEVER indicated (in years of Pro use) that any updates are ever available when they've been usually available online but aforementioned problem precludes that...simple upgrades never easy with Nitro Pro but huge fan of software...tried submitting support ticket but that didn't work either after 5 failed attempts...truly irritated but please advise/help...thanks.

I have been trying to get help and have submitted 4 requests (2 to support and 2 to sales) in the last week and have had no follow up. Its like the web form is broken.
