lcane
Noticed issue where Word 2016 (latest updates installed) was auto starting when PC is rebooted (Windows 10 64 bit latest updates installed). After further investigation noticed that Word would remain active in memory (task Manager) even after closing Word. Word is not in the start up folder or a scheduled task, therefore shouldn't be auto starting. This would not be the issue if starting Word in safe mode, therefore the add-ins are responsible. Have only two add-ins in Word, Dropbox (latest version) and Nitro (latest version). After disabling and testing individually, the issue would repeat with the Nitro add-in active. This is a recent issue and I suspect it's related to a recent Microsoft Office Word 2016 update. Is anyone else having this issue?
