LaRue0715 Posted November 21, 2017 Report Share Posted November 21, 2017 I had Nitro 9 on my old laptop and uninstalled it from my old laptop before restoring the factory settings and installed it on a new laptop. It will not let me activate it on the new laptop because it says the license is already in use. I created a ticket with Nitro days ago and they don't care enough to respond.
