need help in transferring license.

I had Nitro 9 on my old laptop and uninstalled it from my old laptop before restoring the factory settings  and installed it on a new laptop.  It will not let me activate it on the new laptop  because it says the license is already in use.  I created a ticket with Nitro days ago and they don't care enough to respond.  Does anyone have any idea how I can remedy this?  I love this product but the support really sucks.

I am also having this same issue- I have Nitro 8 and it will not let me put it on my new laptop- it says the key is already activated.  this is very frustrating.

Good luck.  It took them almost 2 weeks to respond to my ticket.  All they need to do is to release it but it takes them forever to get to it.

I have NitroPro 11 and since the last update, I am no longer able to activate my license. (error#23) It said the license is already in use. I tried to created a ticket with Nitro, but it doesn't work. It's always turn in a loop...The ticket doesn't run...

What can I do?
