LaRue0715 0 Report post Posted November 21, 2017 I had Nitro 9 on my old laptop and uninstalled it from my old laptop before restoring the factory settings and installed it on a new laptop. It will not let me activate it on the new laptop because it says the license is already in use. I created a ticket with Nitro days ago and they don't care enough to respond. Andrée Bourassa 0 Report post Posted December 14, 2017 I have NitroPro 11 and since the last update, I am no longer able to activate my license. (error#23) It said the license is already in use.
